Notes
Contact Ron Paul
Ron Paul has received a cumulative grade of “F” for only co-sponsoring and voting favorably on one or two pieces of Darfur legislation, including the DPAA, which was passed by unanimous consent. This person has the power to protect civilians in Darfur, yet is doing almost nothing.
Urge Ron Paul to vote in favor of future Darfur-related bills that contribute toward peacekeeping efforts in the region. Inaction on the issue will not end the genocide — we need the help of each member of Congress. Make it clear that you are disappointed with the representative’s failure to live up to a promise of “never again” and that you will be paying close attention in the coming months.
